Discovery Foundation's Entrepreneurial Leadership Program
The Women’s Enterprise Centre, as an Agent of Discovery Foundation has designed the Discovery Foundation’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Program, a cohort-style mentoring program to help you access a peer network of like-minded women, gain insights from an experienced woman entrepreneur and develop your leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
Women are increasing their representation in the tech sector and embracing technology in new ways, so if you're in the first five years of business, using tech as a significant part of your business and planning to expand, then this program will give you the skills and confidence to step into new leadership roles!

2. Quiet your voice of self-doubt in our "Overcoming Imposter Syndrome" webinar
Do you ever have that “I’m in over my head and they’re going to find out” feeling? This experience is common for owners of businesses that are in their growth phase.
Imposter Syndrome is the sense that you are less accomplished or qualified than your peers. The downside is this internal narrative can negatively impact productivity, teamwork, and moral; all which impact your bottom line.

Developed by The Humphrey Group, Taking the Stage® is used by large corporations like Microsoft, Bell and Johnson & Johnson to teach women in their organization to speak up and better influence and inspire others.
In a small group of 8 women, you'll combine practical learning and discussion with extensive personal feedback and coaching so you can overcome your individual stumbling blocks and see significant progress right from the first session!
